Why does this matter? Seems like if you want to level you do WO's with more items in a set; if you want rewards you do WO's with less items in a set.

It matters because getting all A's on batch orders is the best way to get the bonus rare/yellow Supply Packs, which are the only reasonable source of rare ore, ultra rare ore, and recipes for armor...
